BNP Paribas wanted to celebrate their 40 years of loyalty to the French Open.
We came up with the idea of collecting memories from all tennis lovers. First we gathered the voices and anecdotes of those who have, in their own way, helped created the history of the tournament: from top players such as Serena Williams to their family members and coaches, and even line judges. For the second phase, the general public was asked to contribute their own memories of the French Open by posting them into a virtual replica of Centre Court. The final phase of the campaign gave tennis lovers the opportunity to play a range of roles for a day during the French Open, such as reporting on the action, presenting trophies or even practising with the pros.
