Uber Rewards


When launching the rewards program for Uber, we aimed to create a system that would work seamlessly across the entire Uber ecosystem. This meant not only developing a communications strategy to inform users about the program but also designing the app elements such as the icons and overall design system for the rewards.

We understood that a successful rewards program needed to be intuitive and easy to use, and that it should integrate with the existing user experience. To achieve this, we worked closely with the Uber team to develop a comprehensive design system for the rewards program that would be both functional and visually appealing. We created a clear and consistent visual language that would make it easy for users to understand how the rewards system worked and how they could benefit from it.

In addition to the design elements, we also developed a comprehensive communications strategy that would help users to understand the benefits of the program and how they could earn and redeem rewards. We created messaging that was both clear and compelling, highlighting the value of the program and the benefits that users could expect to receive.
